For over 40 years, members of the Fredericton Motorcycle Club have been dedicated to friendship and the sport of motorcycling
Our members are of all ages, and ride motorcycles of all types, size, & origin. We are proud of our past, and continue to benefit our community through activities such as our annual “TOY RIDE”, which is an important event in support of the D.E.C.H. Children’s Ward.
Many of our male and female riders have a lifetime of riding experience and some are past and/or present motorcycle instructors. Our group riding activities are a great place to “learn the ropes” and increase your level of skill and safety. Membership is inexpensive, and we think that you will find that the sport of motorcycling is one that is best, when shared with good friends.
We actively participate in our Wednesday Night Ride program (WNR), which runs from June - September and open to all members as well as non-members. WNR's are an opportunity to get out mid-week with new and old friends for a short ride, 1-3hrs depending on sunset times, after supper. The meeting point is typically Home Depot Parking Lot or Jim Gilbert's Power Sports Parking Lot, depending on ride destination. The WNR usually has a mid-point stop for coffee, ice cream or some sort of snack. Because who wants to ride for 1-3hrs without stopping for a snack. 😝
We also have many Group Rides, Weekend Long Tours, Scenic Country Roads, Social Activities including parties, dances, sleigh rides, bowling nights and camping that are member only activities throughout the year. We also try to attend most of the major Rallies and Support other Local Club events.

People generally enjoy being around other people who enjoy the same likes and passion.

The freedom of the open road, no distractions, no cell phones, just two wheels and the wind. When you stop for a break it’s always nice if you have a fellow rider that can share the sights and joys of the road. Many members join the club so they can meet other riders.
It’s nice to know that if you get up on a Sunday morning, the sun is shining, the skies are clear, and you want to go for a ride, you have somebody to share the day and the experience with!! There will always be a biker ready to go, half day, full day, what ever your heart desires.
We all help each other along the way, not only by promoting safe riding, we are eager to share technical information. Most of our members find that over time their relationship changes from being a member of a club to a gathering of close friends.
